Alfredo interned in the summers of 2015 and 2016 at JPL in Pasadena, California. His work has focused on modelling and simulation of different perturbation sources that will affect the measurements performed by Europa Clipper during its flybys of Europa, Jupiter’s natural satellite.

Irazu, Costa Rica’s First Satellite

Alfredo acts as a collaborator within the core team of the Irazu CubeSat, expected to be launched in 2017. His role encompasses Risk Assessment and Management, Structural Analysis, and Modeling and Simulation of the Attitude Control Subsystem.
